The Pinnacle Marina Tower Association was established to enhance and preserve the long-term value and integrity of our community.  The Association is incorporated and operates as a mutual benefit, non-profit corporation.

The Association provides a vehicle for the maintenance and operation of community property.  Membership in the Association is automatic for every homeowner and mandatory.  The participation of the membership provides the financial support to the Association.

Its Board of Directors, administers the Association.  The homeowners elect the Directors and they work on a volunteer basis without compensation.

The Board of Directors plays an integral role in the success of the Association.  The ultimate responsibility for operation of the association remains with the Board of Directors.  The Board of Directors has the responsibility for hiring experienced professionals to manage the day-to-day operations of Pinnacle Marina Tower.
