January 20, 2006 Reminder: Richard Walker has extended an invitation to all of us at the Pinnacle to join him for Wine & Cheese & Conversation at his residence in unit 2008 tonight 6pm - 8pm. From our Concierge: Richard would like everyone to know that he is just a phone call away. That is to say he is available to see to it your dry cleaning is taken care of, your package, deliveries are carefully secured for pickup etc. Have questions about Dining? Again Richard is the one to call. He has a supply of Dining Guides at the Lobby Desk for the asking and recently received a supply of literature from the Museum of Contemporary Art. So don't hesitate to call upon Richard. 533-7960 After hours emergency training. For those who signed up for the training & tour that took place this morning and were unable to attend, Rich Giondomenico will be scheduling another opportunity in 2 weeks. So keep that in mind. Website update. The Pinnacle Tower Association Project Handbook has now been added to the website. Like the Homeowner Manual it is fully indexed and cross-referenced for ease of use. The Handbook contains 30 pages of important information. Be sure to refer to it and the Homeowner Manual often concerning questions regarding life at the Pinnacle Tower. Board of Directors: Your newly formed board of directors has met and they are working on several items of importance in our behalf, not the least of which is safety & security. If you have any particular concerns, comments, suggestions about the common areas of the building (such as the lobby, second floor, hallways, garage) please email the board. All contact information is located on the website. Kitchen Faucets re-visited: Apriano is looking into the problem of continual clogging in some of the faucets. Small granules keep finding their way into the faucets necessitating the frequent removal of the faucet screen to clean. More on that in the future. How Cool is too Cool ?: Several of you have complained about the temperature of our hallways. It seems that a lot of cool air is being circulated in the hallways and may require further attention. Have you checked you mail lately?: For those of you who have not yet moved into the building or here only occasionally - you may want to check your mail box in the lobby. We had one new homeowner who has yet to move in discover a mailbox stuffed with mail. Condo Modifications: Some of you are seeking reputable contractors and tradespersons to work in your units. Again Richard, our concierge, is the one to call. He has a list of recommended contractors, electricians, plumbers, decorators, etc. And if he does not have a particular job covered in his list he will make the calls for you. And don't forget to complete the architectural forms that can be found as part of your Project Handbook. That's it for now. Keep in touch with one another. |
