Lots of Updated News to report:
Garage Exhaust Fan
- The Pinnacle residents extend a big THANK YOU to Apriano and a
sigh of relief for turning off the extremely annoying garage
exhaust fans on the south side of the building this week. Now
the water fountain can actually be heard.
Lobby -
Beautiful Gold Sheer Drapes were installed this week in our
Lobby.
Elevators -
Plywood and foam have been removed from the
construction elevators.
Amenity Room -
Garbage Disposer and Dishwasher are now functional !
Thermostats -
Many of you have expressed interest in obtaining information on
how to program your thermostats. That information is now
available on the
www.PinnacleTower.org website and fully
indexed for quick reference. The entire Homeowner
Manual is also now on the website and fully indexed.
Refer to these as they have much helpful information.
Homeowner Meeting
- has been re-scheduled for January 9, 2006. Same time same
place. You should have received a Notice in the mail from
Prescott by now.
Emergency Phones
- It has been noted that there are no emergency phones in the
pool area or in the Gym.
Pinnacle Construction
Crew - Construction and finishing touches continue to
move forward as we near the end of 2005.
An update letter
from Pinnacle International will be forthcoming soon.
New Carpeting
- The much anticipated new carpeting for the hallways on the
resident floors will be installed on the lower floors beginning
Monday, Dec 12.
That's it for this time around.
Stay in touch with each other and with the construction office.
They need to hear from you as work progresses on taking care of
punch lists. Keep the emails coming. I pass them along
accordingly and your input is helpful to all of us.
