Well it has been awhile since last I wrote to all of you.  At last some really great news !!  Folks who purchased on floors 3 -10 are receiving their 21 day Notices to Close Escrow via email and certified mail.
 
Water in the Pool.  Ron Ryan reports that water is in the swimming pool.  Plans call for unit appraisals in the building next week.  Walk-throughs may begin Oct 3.   
 
The driveway is complete.  Exterior finishes on the building proceeds.  The landscaping is in.
 
And there are some pleasant surprises coming your way in the not so distant future.
