We will make minor repairs, such as sticking doors, cabinet drawer adjustments, tile caulking and the like, only if brought to our attention within forty-five (45) days following close of escrow date.  Please note that certain items may be excluded pursuant to the terms of the Fit & Finish Warranty given at the close of escrow.  Please refer to the terms and conditions of the Fit & Finish Warranty.

All Service Request items will be inspected prior to scheduling repairs or replacements.  Pinnacle Customer Service will apply current standards in making decisions on each item for eligibility for service and for repair/replace decisions.
