We define emergencies as problems that require immediate attention to protect you, your family and others from harm and to avoid damage to your property, your home or any common area.

In case of an emergency, your first step should be to protect your family from harm. Once you ensure safety of you and your family, you should take steps to correct or lessen the effects of the emergency.

  1. In case of an emergency, please first call the Prescott property management emergency contact at (619) 533-7960. If it is determined by the property management company that the problem is a Seller's responsibility, they will advise you to contact us.

  2. If you cannot contact the property management company during business hours please call Pinnacle Customer Service at (619) 231-7072.

The property management company will respond immediately to any emergency that may cause damage to person or property. Otherwise please call the Customer Service Department during our regular business hours.

You will be required to fill out a Customer Service Request Form within 24 hours of the incident. Please follow the directions on the form completely. This form is located at the back of this manual.

DO NOT DELAY IN REPORTING AN EMERGENCY. Subsequent damage caused by a delay in reporting an emergency will not be the responsibility of Pinnacle. The Fit and Finish Warranty does not cover damage to personal property.

If your situation does not fall within the emergency guidelines, you should use the procedures outlined in the Customer Service section of this manual for requesting routine Service.
